The general objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the Ministry of Education, Science, and Culture (MOESC) in the technical and operational execution of SU-L1072. This assistance will focus on key areas identified during the project design phase, including: (i) developing a clear action plan for the rollout of the English language program including stakeholder awareness and buy-in for the implementation process; (ii) supporting the MOESC to accurately assess school's readiness to receive meaningful connectivity and devices for school management, teaching and learning; (iii) conducting preparatory work and stakeholder validation for the development of new secondary school TVET programs; and (iv) providing technical support for the school infrastructure activities.
