Project Description

According to the bank website, the project is to develop a Regional Digital Infrastructure Action Plan across fourteen countries, coordinated through the Caribbean Telecommunications Union, producing an investment-ready roadmap with prefeasibility studies for priority cross-border connectivity corridors, an assessment of shared regional data centers/AI hubs, and harmonized regulatory recommendations.
