The objective of this TC is to support the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) in executing a global credit operation that will strengthen innovation and technological transformation support services for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the Eastern Caribbean. The TC will support institutional strengthening of the recently created Private Sector Development Unit of the CDB in activities related to executing RG-L1160: Strengthening private sector development through innovation in the Eastern Caribbean OECS member countries, including identification, design and development of a monitoring and evaluation framework for sub-loans that strengthen innovation and technological transformation support services for MSMEs in the Eastern Caribbean.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF IADB
The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC)-funded project. If you submit a complaint to MICI, they may assist you in addressing the problems you raised through a dispute-resolution process with those implementing the project and/or through an investigation to assess whether the IDB or IIC is following its own policies for preventing or mitigating harm to people or the environment.
