The main objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support clients in Argentina and Brazil in the preparation and execution of operations in the Transportation sector. This will be carried out by supporting different activities during the preparation and execution of the programs: (i) support with technical consultancies that respond to the specific needs of each project such as technical engineering studies, special technical specifications, management plan environmental and social and other related documents that are part of the project, necessary for the formulation, design and execution of the works provided for in the programs, and (ii) technical and innovation studies that allow us to offer our clients technological tools to improve management of road assets.
ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF IADB
The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC)-funded project. If you submit a complaint to MICI, they may assist you in addressing the problems you raised through a dispute-resolution process with those implementing the project and/or through an investigation to assess whether the IDB or IIC is following its own policies for preventing or mitigating harm to people or the environment.
