According to IADB website, the technical cooperation (TC) aims to support the efforts of the countries of the Central American sub-region, the Dominican Republic and Haiti (CID) to accelerate the digital transformation of their public administrations to face the post-COVID-19 context. In particular, support will be provided to the agency or agencies responsible for the digital transformation of government in the execution of activities and products aimed at identifying gaps that hinder the implementation of digital government; strengthening digital governance; expanding the capacities of digital teams and digitizing critical processes in the post-COVID-19 context.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF IADB
The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC)-funded project. If you submit a complaint to MICI, they may assist you in addressing the problems you raised through a dispute-resolution process with those implementing the project and/or through an investigation to assess whether the IDB or IIC is following its own policies for preventing or mitigating harm to people or the environment.
