Support the execution of 4872/OC-PR by consolidating quality management of maternal and child care processes with a focus on improving clinical care and strengthening monitoring capacity of quality to contribute to the reduction of maternal and neonatal mortality in Paraguay. The specific objectives are: (i) To implement institutional quality management by strengthening the leadership capacity of the MSPBS Quality Directorate and the empowerment of other MSPBS dependencies that are responsible for managing the provision of health services; (ii) Implement quality management at the health units level and local health networks by strengthening quality teams in their capacity for data analysis and timely decision-making for the reduction of maternal and neonatal mortality; and (iii) Advance the digitization of quality management through the use of data and visualization of results of care for strategic decision-making.
