This is the IDB CLIMA Pilot Program results based reward (grant) which is conditioned to the achievement of the specific criteria defined in the IDB CLIMA Pilot Program proposal (AB-3386) and within the Operational Guidelines of the Plot Program (GN-3168-6). The KPIs that the borrower must meet to access the grant disbursement refer to final outcome indicators are: (KPI1) 90% of effluent samples at the treatment system's outlet must have phosphorus concentrations of 4 mg/l or less; (KPI2) 100% of water and sanitation projects approved by the SNIP (Sistema Nacional de Inversion Publica) must have incorporated climate change measures. (KPI3) At least one report on climate change measures in the water and sanitation sector must have been submitted by the MOPC to the MEF and MADES through a new climate MRV system.
