Project Description

According to the IADB, the objective of the technical cooperation (TC) is to generate the technical, operational, and fiduciary inputs essential within the framework of the Support Program for Efficiency and Equity in Panama's Health System (PN-L1195). Specifically, the TC pursues three objectives: (i) Define the functional integration strategy and the interoperability model for the MINSA-CSS service network; (ii) Generate operational tools for pharmaceutical efficiency and operational management of medicine warehouses; and (iii) Update the operational regulations and costing model of the Coverage Extension Strategy (EEC).
