Project Description

According to the IADB, the objective of the Technical Cooperation is to provide assistance for the institutional strengthening of the Panamanian National Police (PN) through proposals for the modernization of human resource management. To achieve this objective, this project will seek to: (i) identify gaps in its human resources system and police careers and (ii) develop proposals for its digitalization based on an updated diagnostic assessment.

If you submit a complaint to MICI, they may assist you in addressing the problems you raised through a dispute-resolution process with those implementing the project and/or through an investigation to assess whether the IDB or IIC is following its own policies for preventing or mitigating harm to people or the environment.
