The objective of this operation is to finance the design and implementation of the Living Heritage strategic projects. The Living Heritage program, financed by TC RG-T3285 "Development of the Living Heritage Program" and TC RG-T3402 "Support for the preparation of Loans Co-financed with instruments of the General Administration of the Spanish State", had the participation of representatives of national and local government institutions, as well as actors from civil society and the private sector. The projects to be developed are considered strategic to trigger processes for a comprehensive revitalization of the area and contribute to the sustainable, inclusive and resilient development of the city.
As warned in the Project Description, the project is co-financed via instruments of the General Administration of the Spanish State.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF IADB
The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC)-funded project. If you submit a complaint to MICI, they may assist you in addressing the problems you raised through a dispute-resolution process with those implementing the project and/or through an investigation to assess whether the IDB or IIC is following its own policies for preventing or mitigating harm to people or the environment.
