According to the Bank’s website, the main objective of the technical cooperation is the improvement and development of good public management in Peru through the strengthening of institutional capacities of key state agencies for the functioning of the state apparatus such as the Strategic Planning Center of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM), the Ministry of Finance (MEF) and other public entities in the management of supply systems, planning, digital services, and others. Likewise, this TC intends to reinforce the different initiatives that are in a germinal state and that will be essential for the modernization of the State and the strengthening of the Rule of Law.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF IADB
The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC)-funded project. If you submit a complaint to MICI, they may assist you in addressing the problems you raised through a dispute-resolution process with those implementing the project and/or through an investigation to assess whether the IDB or IIC is following its own policies for preventing or mitigating harm to people or the environment.
