According to IADB website, the project aims to generate policy guidelines to strengthen the capacities of the National System of Science, Technology and Technological Innovation (SINACYT) in the area of research, technological development and innovation for the elaboration of biological products in order to be able to deal in a timely manner with epidemic diseases such as COVID-19.
