According to the disclosure summary, the project objective is to Restore fiscal sustainability, improve public services and promote productivity-led growth. The project will achieve the objectives through four results areas (RAs):(1) Tax administration reform. Strengthening voluntary compliance and compliance risk management will increase revenue collection, contributing to fiscal sustainability and to productivity-led, equitable growth.(2) Decentralization (agenda 50:50). Designing and implementing the government's decentralization strategy will improve subnational revenue collection, spending efficiency, equity, and service delivery.(3) Public financial management, investment, and procurement. Strengthening PFM, public investment, and procurement systems, and rationalizing the current project portfolio, will improve spending efficiency, contributing to fiscal sustainability and service delivery.(4) State-owned enterprise reform. Strengthening the State's ownership function, SOE performance management and boards, and financial transparency and accountability will contribute to fiscal sustainability and productivity-led growth.
