The Viet Nam Coastal Hazard Resilience Strengthening Project (WB10 - P517731) will strengthen coastal flood protection infrastructure in five northern coastal provinces of Viet Nam (Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Hung Yen, Ninh Binh, and Thanh Hoa). It will finance the rehabilitation and upgrading of approximately 110 km of coastal and estuarine dikes, bringing selected sections to current national design standards, the construction of drainage sluices and wave-attenuation structures, and the installation of dike watch posts and flood-control storage facilities.
