According to the Bank’s website, the objective of this project is to improve energy efficiency of public buildings and enhance operational efficiency of the electricity distribution grid in Montenegro.
The project poses a moderate environmental and social risk, primarily due to small-scale renovations and installations in existing publicly owned buildings/sites, which could raise safety and accessibility concerns, especially for individuals with disabilities or limited mobility.
