According to the Bank’s website, the objective of this project is to strengthen the financial preparedness of vulnerable governments, firms and households against climate shocks in participating countries. The first phase of the program would focus on Mozambique, Madagascar and Comoros. Malawi and Lesotho may also join the first phase.
