As stated by the World Bank, the objective of the Project is to improve the safety, resilience, and quality of physical learning environments and prepare preschool students for learning in selected public schools, as well as to respond promptly and effectively in case of an Eligible Crisis or Emergency.
The World Bank categorized the project as having "Moderate" environmental and social risks.
