According to the Bank’s website, the objective of this project is to increase women’s economic opportunities by creating a more enabling environment and facilitating women’s entry into the labor market by addressing key constraints such as childcare. (TBC)
Environmental and Social Risk Classification (ESRC): Moderate
The Recipient has requested the Bank to extend a loan to assist in the financing of the Project in the amount of two hundred and twenty-one million United States Dollars (US$221,000,000) (the “Loan”).
The Bank agrees to extend to the Recipient a grant in an amount not to exceed five million United States Dollars ($5,000,000) (“Grant”) to assist in financing the Part II of the Operation.
