As stated by the World Bank, the development objective of the Third Green and Resilient Recovery Development Policy Financing for Ecuador is to assist the government of Ecuador in its agenda to tackle selected structural challenges to foster inclusive, resilient, and low-carbon development. It is organized around two pillars: (i) tackle selected structural challenges to foster green growth, inclusion, and climate resilience; and (ii) strengthen low-carbon development.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF THE WORLD BANK
The World Bank Inspection Panel is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who believe they are likely to be, or have been, adversely affected by a World Bank-financed project.
