For the Republic of Marshall Islands second phase’s project (“RM I PROPER”), the proposed Project Development Objective (PDO) is to strengthen regional collaboration and national capacity for the management and the sustainable development of the oceanic and coastal fisheries sector in the Marshall Islands."
