According to the Bank’s website, the objective of this project is to improve protection against health risks, human capital losses during childhood and poverty in old age and to improve climate risk management and resilience against catastrophic events.
The overall risk rating for the proposed operation is substantial due to macroeconomic, technical design, institutional capacity and sustainability and stakeholder risks, which are rated Substantial.
