According to bank documents, the objective of the proposed Program is to accelerate inclusive growth in the agri-food sector in Zambia.
The proposed PforR will be nested in the strategic areas of the NAP and its third Policy Implementation Plan (3PIP), both of which are key elements of the 7NDP (and updated 8NDP) and Zambia Vision 2030. The proposed PforR would support the Government in the delivery of results in the areas regarded as critical to the contribution of the sector towards inclusive economic growth and job creation.
