Project Description

According to the bank project webpage, the proposed objective of the HCRP is to support Iraq’s recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic on its human capital through : (a) Reducing health service delivery disruptions and improving the resilience of the health system; (b) Improving the delivery sys tems of the Cash Transfer Program and expanding coverage to reach poor and vulnerable households; and (c) Addressing learning losses and improving equity in education
