According to World Bank project page, The Energy Sector Development Policy Credit (DPC) operation aims to support the government’s efforts to improve the financial viabil ity and governance of the electricity sector. The programmatic DPC series has two pillars: (i) improving the financial viability of the electricity sector; and (ii) improving the governance of the electricity sector.
As of November 9, 2024, the project disclosure does not appear anymore on the World Bank's website, indicating the project might have been dropped or canceled.
