According to the bank project webpage, the objectives of the project are: to (i) provide temporary cash transfers to households in the aftermath of foreign exchange subsidy elimination; (ii) develop Social Protection Information System (SPIS), payments, and monitoring systems for social safety nets, an d (iii) provide an immediate and effective response to such emergency or crisis, in case of an Eligible Crisis or Emergency.
