According to the World Bank: The project’s specific development objective is to strengthen the M&E capacity of individuals within key stakeholder groups in developing countries to conduct, commission, and use monitoring and evaluation approaches and techniques, by providing quality M&E training and promoting networks and knowledge sharing among training participants. This project aims to contribute to the higher-level development objective of the GEI MDTF, namely, to improve monitoring and evaluation frameworks, capacity, and use in supported developing countries for improved evidence-informed policy making.
