According to the bank's documents, the proposed project aims "to develop resilient andsustainable urban service delivery and financial systems in Ahmedabad" and "The key results areas targeted under this project include (i) resilient urban infrastructure and improved service levels for select urban services11, (ii) improved financial systems and performance, and (iii) strengthened institutional capacity to better plan, deliver and manager urban services."
