According to the bank's documents, the proposed project aims "To enhance the Royal Government of Bhutan’s capacity in developing and using multi-hazard risk information for development planning in targeted sectors."
The proposed project will be financed by the Pilot Program for Climate Resilience of the Climate Investment Fund and has the following components: Component A. Establishment of a Multi-hazard Risk Decision Support System;
Component B. Strengthening Hydromet and Agromet Services Delivery; and
Component C. Professionalization of the Construction Industry for Green and Resilient Built Environment.
