According to the bank's website, the project aims to increase "access to livelihoods opportunities for populations vulnerable to poverty and food insecurity in eighty (80) target villages in Maluku and East Nusa Tenggara provinces in Eastern Indonesia". The project seeks to benefit more or less 9,900 vulnerable community members (50% female) in approximately 80 villages in Maluku and East Nusa Tenggara provinces.
