According to the Bank's website, this project aims to strengthen transport connectivity and enhance agricultural efficiency in Luhansk Government Controlled Areas in eastern Ukraine. This will entail the following components: (i) connecting communities and agricultural industry to markets and services; (ii) investing in agricultural infrastructure to increase efficiency and support sector recovery; and (iii) project management and community engagement.

The World Bank Inspection Panel is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who believe they are likely to be, or have been, adversely affected by a World Bank-financed project.
