Project Description
If provided by the financial institution, the Early Warning System Team writes a short summary describing the purported development objective of the project and project components. Review the complete project documentation for a detailed description.

According to the Bank's website, this project aims to: (i) support investment activity in regions with slow economic growth, and (ii) strengthen the institutional capacity of the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (HBOR). 

The success of this project will be judged in accordance with the following factors: (i) total investment supported in targeted regions; (ii) share of overall lending by the borrower to targeted regions; and (iii) the implementation of a new operational model by the borrower.
