According to the bank documents, the proposed project will be organized around three main elements that need to be aligned in order to complement each other. The first focuses on school-level interventions. Two are system-level reforms, developing a comprehensive national assessment program and putting into practice professional competencies, so the school teams are empowered with data on learning and up-to-date training.
The World Bank has classified this project as having Low environmental and social risks.
