According to the Bank's document, this project aims to enhance the conditions for formal job creation by firms operating in provinces with a high incidence of Syrians under Temporary Protection, for the benefit of refugees and host-community members. This will entail the following components: (i) loans targeting firms with high potential for job creation; (ii) grants targeting firms, conditional on job creation; and (iii) technical and institutional support.
