According to the Bank's document, this project aims to increase employment among marginalised groups in the private sector.
This will entail: (i) provision of private employment services to jobseekers and placement with firms; (ii) implementation support and project management.
The success of this project will be determined in light of: (i) the number of beneficiaries who have received job search assistance and counselling; (ii) the number of beneficiaries who have received skills or on-the-job training; and (iii) the number of beneficiaries matched with firms or jobs.
