According to the Bank's website, the project provides financing to Georgia's Minisrty of Finance to fund infrastructure investments including provision of works, goods and consultant’s services to rehabilitate and expand priority municipal services and development of institutional capacity and performance of all municipalities accross the country.
The project implies financing existing roads, communications systems, water supply, and wastewater collection systems, wastewater treatment plans, municipal markets and other infrastructure.
