According to the bank document, the project aims to strengthen the management of environmental, climatic, and food safety risks in targeted locations and agri-food value chains in Hubei Province. There are 3 components as following:
Component 1: Agricultural Risk Assessment, Management, and Communications.
Component 2: Demonstration and Replication of Safe and Sustainable Agricultural Practices.
