Project Description

According to bank documents, the project aims to design a national carbon emissions trading scheme. It has the following project components: 

Component 1: Enable design of key building blocks for a national carbon emissions trading scheme (ETS) Component 2: China PMR synthesis report, consultations and project management
Component 3: Enabling Market Mechanism and Creating Investment Climate
