Project Description

According to bank documents, the development objective of the proposed Fourth Phase of the Central Asia Regional Links Program (CARs-4 Project) is to increase regional connectivity in Sughd Oblast and Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region (GBAO) and improve opportunities for trade and travel.
