According to WB website, the development objective of the Second Phase of the Conservation Areas (CA) for Biodiversity and Development Project for Mozambique is to improve management of target conservation area landscapes and enhance the living conditions of communities in and around these conservation areas. The project comprises of three components:
Component 1. Strengthening capacity and financial sustainability of national conservation institutions
Component 2. Improving CA management in target landscapes
Component 3. Promoting conservation-compatible rural development and integrated landscape management (ILM) in target landscapes

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF WORLD BANK
