According to the Bank's website, this project aims to improve water resources management capability and irrigation service delivery within Kyrgyzstan.
This will entail five components: (i) strenthening national water management capacity; (ii) improving irrigation service delivery to Water Users Associations; (iii) improving irrigation management by Water Users Associations; (iv) project management; and (v) irrigation and drainage system management.
According to the Bank's website, this project will be financed by the Free-standing Trust Fund for ECA.
