This project provides technical assistance and training for the capacity building of community governments and service providers to plan, manage and deliver services.
It also provides financing for investments in community-based social protection services micro-projects to improve the coverage of services of vulnerable groups, identified through participatory needs assessments. These investments could include home delivery programs for the elderly, youth centers and others.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF WORLD BANK
The World Bank Inspection Panel is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who believe they are likely to be, or have been, adversely affected by a World Bank-financed project.
