Project Description

This project provides additional financing for establishing a strategic framework for Albania to manage water resources nationally and at the level of the Drin-Buna and Semani River basins, and to improve irrigation service delivery in selected muncipalities. The additional financing scales up investments in the rehabilitation and modernization of dam and irrigation infrastructure, and institutional support.
