The proposed project seeks to increase the capacity and efficiency of generation and transmission system in the project area. The following project indicators are proposed to capture the development objectives:
1. Projected lifetime fuel savings (MJ);
2. Increase in power transfer capacity in the transmission grid (MW/year).
3. Increase in generation capacity (MW);
