Project Description

The aim of this project is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the emergency medical services system in Uzbekistan. This project finances specific investments, including in vehicles and equipment. Components include:

  • Creating an enabling environment for the emergency medical services system, managing the system, and improving quality
  • Developing dispatch communications and information systems
  • Pre-hospital emergency care system improvement, including training and skills improvement and the acquisition of ambulance vehicles and related equipment
