Project Description
This project finances efforts to reduce emissions of specific air pollutants in the key sectors in Hebei via seven components: i) comprehensive control of industrial enterprises and reduced emission of multi-pollutants; (ii) area pollution control and dust control; (iii) prevention and control of emissions from mobile sources; (iv) establishment of monitoring and warning systems and planning tools; (v) elimination of overcapacity and promotion of industrial transformation and upgrade; (vi) adjustment of the energy structure and increase the clean energy supply; and (vii) supporting measures.
