Project Description

This project provides financing to improve the effectiveness of service delivery by village governments through the management of public resources and the delivery of relevant services that the rural people prioritize. The components of the project include block grants to village governments, an improved information system for the community and an expanded capacity of both local and state administrations to manage resources, collect revenues and strengthen delivery systems. 

This is the third extension of the project.
