DESCRIPTION
The project entails design, build, finance and operate a new general cargo terminal in Owendo port in Republic of Garbon with capacity of 4m tons general cargo p.a. with auxiliary storage facilities for fuel, palm oil and grains. ("the Project"). The total PPP concession duration is 30 years, which can be renewed for successive 20 years, and it was awarded to GSEZ Ports SA in 2014.
