Project Description

According to the Inter-American Development Bank, the general objective of this project is to contribute to improving the development of institutions that support productive development and new areas of potential in the country.

The specific objectives are as follows:

  1. to diagnose the institutional and sector capacities for the increase of productivity through cluster strategy, the increase of the local added value of the exports and the insertion of companies in the global value chains
  2. to diagnose the potential of creative and cultural industries' activities and green innovation.
