Project Description

La cooperación técnica tiene como objetivo evaluar la viabilidad de producir, almacenar, transportar y utilizar hidrógeno para actividades energéticas en Honduras, incluidas la generación de energía y aplicaciones térmicas. Finalmente, fortalecerá las capacidades del Ministerio de Energía y de la Comisión Reguladora de Energía Eléctrica para facilitar el marco legal, regulatorio e institucional para el uso del almacenamiento de energía, incluido el hidrógeno.

The technical cooperation aims to evaluate the viability of producing, storing, transporting and using hydrogen for energy activities in Honduras, including power generation and thermal applications. Finally, it will strengthen the capacities of the Ministry of Energy and the Electric Power Regulatory Commission to facilitate the legal, regulatory and institutional framework for the use of energy storage, including hydrogen.

El Mecanismo Independiente de Consulta e Investigación (MICI) es el mecanismo de denuncia independiente y el organismo de investigación para las personas que han sido o pueden verse afectadas negativamente por un Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID) o la Corporación Interamericana de Inversiones (CII) -proyecto financiado.
