Develop and implement a mobile application (APP) or smart card for Honduran youth, between 14 and 19 years old, who are linked in a situation of social risk, offering access and benefits to different programs based on their interests and preferences, through a system of monetary transfers channeled through the APP, in accordance with the fulfillment of individual conditions and promoting virtuous behaviors within and outside the community. State-of-the-art technology will be used for CT and for the education and employability of vulnerable young people post COVID-19.
ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF IADB
The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC)-funded project.
